Are you looking to do the work yourself and asking for help, or having it towed to a shop for repairs??
Probably either a severe brake fluid leak or the brake master cylinder (what converts pedal motion to break fluid pressure) has failed.
Only a job for an experienced mechanic. Take it to a brake specialist place.
