on my 1992 mustang when i’m going down the road it sounds like i have a bump, bump, bump

What speed??
Does the bump change with speed??
Does it do it on smooth roads or bumpy roads??

Carefully inspect your tires. Notice anything unusual? tread near the wear limit? unusual tread-wear patterns?

I vote tires.
Being a (former now lol) Ask Someone Tread, it is probably just another one and done sadly, been 5 days…
Bad strut mounts or bad shock mounts depending on which end of the car the noise is coming from.
