1991 honda civic

cutting out after 1200 dollars worth of work. replaced head gaskets all top end work, plus new fuel pump and still cutting out after 30 miles of driving.

any suggestions

Hondas have two prime components which fail this way: the PGM-FI Relay (aka “main fuel/spark” relay), and the distributor. The relay is cheaper.
Was the fuel filter changed? A dirty fuel filter can drop fuel pressure. Some mechanics will change a fuel pump without changing the fuel filter. Bad move.
