1990 Cadillac DeVille left fog and blinker

I bought a 1990 Cadillac DeVille and my driver side front blinker and fog light won’t come on. The back works fine. I replaced the blinker relay and headlight fuses and still nothing. What could it be? And when I turn on my headlights the left blinker lights up.

Bad ground in the left front corner is my guess.
