Perhaps big truck owners are compensating for the proliferation of bad drivers on the road? I am a 66 yo 5’5” woman of average build and refuse to get behind the wheel of some lightweight econobox. In 2021 I was broadsided by a red light runner. Totaled my truck but no injuries to us.
