The back passenger tire tends to seize up if not drive for a couple days?
I have to go in reverse and put in drive (rock the car back and forth) to un freeze the tire? Any thoughts?

Have someone inspect the rear drum brake hardware.
One of the springs for a brake shoe may have broken and the shoe self energizes causing the brake to apply.

Thank you for your reply. I don’t exactly have the funds for this at the moment? Is this severe? It only happens when parked for a few days @Tester
Brakes are number one on the ‘must work’ list.
The brake could lock up at anytime while driving the vehicle if any of the brake hardware is broken/loose.
So, not only will you have bill to pay to find out what’s causing the brake to lock up, but also a bill for towing.
Best to have looked at ASAP.

If you have a credit card the interest you might have to pay should be less than a failure on the road with towing charges and repair . Also if you crash into something it will be real costly.
The friction surfaces inside the brake drums are rusty, the brake shoes are adhering to the drums. Do you use the parking brake? Stop using the parking brake until you can have the brake drums replaced.
I’ve had a couple of cars do this before and it was sticky parking brake stuff. So lay off the parking brake if possible.
Or if it only happens after a few days parked, then drive it around the block every day.
By the same respect, having your rear brakes inspected/cleaned/lubed is not a high ticket item. If you don’t have the funds for that, then you should maybe see about alternatives to car ownership?
