06 Kia Spectra Won't Start

Here’s my problem. I have had 2 separate shops look at my car. The car won’t start. The fuel pump won’t run. Here is what has been done thus far. Replaced fuel pump, replaced relays, replaced fuses, replaced fuel pump wiring, replaced inertia switch, replaced camshaft position sensor, replaced camshaft position sensor. The car still won’t run. Any thoughts? I’m at a loss and I only have 1 more payment before I own it outright.

Edit - I replaced camshaft and crankshaft position sensor.
