I have a 2005 Chevy 1500 with an intermitant display problem in the driver information module.It’s the basic one that just shows odometer, trip, hours, and the “change engine oil now” message when it’s time to change oil.It acts like a loose connection but the instrument cluster is all electronic, and everything else seems to work fine. Short of replacing the whole cluster, is there anything I can do to fix this?
GM had issues with many of their truck instrument clusters acting erratic.
I had mine replaced under a silent recall for free.
