02 Ford Escort Not Starting

We had the AC Module go out and replaced 2 months ago - the last few weeks when the car is started it feels like bubbles and sounds a bit rough but will go away after a minute. This morning would not start, retried an hour later and it started. Now, 8 hours later it will not start again. Check Engine light is on, the ABS light flashes on and off. New spark plugs 2 months ago. Some corrossion on the battery.

what I mean by bubbles is that the car sort of bounced like little bubbles were going through it.
