Passenger side tire turned in to the left , like taking a left hand turn
Your upper strut mount failed in compression. Based on what I see, the strut rod punched through the upper mount and then pulled out. The jounce bumper is supposed to take that load it looks fine. To transfer those forces directly to the mount, the strut itself must have locked up. The washer would get bent if the strut rod punched the mount. Iād be looking INside the strut to see why it seems to have locked up. Probably has nothing to do with the mechanic and more to do with the strut itself and the manufacturer.

Yep. Strut mount failed. Was it replaced when the strut was replaced?
