Mine always reopens. ( but it’s such a pain in the keester to fiddle with that over and over. ) As this is a work place computer I’ll have to just wait for any I.E. updates to come through the front office.

Mine displays ‘Web site Restore error.’ on the tab, I have to close it, then reopen it.
