Has to be the 1971 Ford Country Sedan wagon in which so many family vacations were taken. I must have visited 35 states in that car. No car of my adult years can compete with that. I also loved my grandfather’s 1961 Lincoln Continental. At the time I just thought it beautiful and fascinating, with its power windows and suicide doors. Now it’s a design classic and very collectible, but both Grandpa and his car left us decades ago.
