one of my front windshield wipers still works but the other one hardly moves. Is this a motor issue, module issue or something else? What should I expect to pay for the repair?
I am talking about a 2004 Subaru Outback
It sounds like either a linkage issue or perhaps the splines on the barely-working one are badly worn down from improper installation of the wiper arm. While I don’t think that this would be a very expensive repair, I really can’t give you an estimate on costs.
My recommendation would be to obtain junkyard replacement parts and have them installed by an independent mechanic.
