Why are we doing this? 🫣

Why was the “contaminated fuel” visible in the filler neck? © R. Gift 10 October, 2026

The steps taken by the plaintiff seem reasonable.

I watch that lawyer on YouTube all the time. He’s a great guy. I’ve learned a few credible things from him.

Subpoena the video evidence, that will prove the customer is committing fraud.
A gas station pump won’t fill a fuel tank inlet all the way to the top, he did that with a water hose.

This is an example of someone with car problems and a scheme to get a business to pay for it.

It appears someone changed the title of this post so that it does not properly describe the post.

Yes, the to-the-point title was changed.

I also questioned why the “fuel” was visible.

The attorney should have considered that before posting the video.

The “client” said he just filled the tank at Exxon, the camera pans to show a Union 76 sign.

The attorney stated that if you are in a situation like this, you should record your evidence immediately. Too bad they can’t show us the evidence. We see a fuel tank overfilled with water and no receipt. The pump at the 76 station shows a purchase of 13.773 gallons, but by who? He is at the wrong gas station.
