Looks like the OP sold it for $800.00 USD about 7 or more days ago…
Awesome, Dave ! And I’m really happy for the seller. The buyer will be happy, too.
Someone suggested $200. Like seriously ?

Used car values in 1987, 10 years before that car was manufactured.
Just remember that used car prices can very from demography to demography…
I’m sure in the land of the Lambos, Ferraris and other exotic vehicles, the OP’s Honda would only be worth scrap, but it would be gold in another part of the country…

We were at our nephew’s wedding in Dallas, NC. I went for a walk the morning of the event and passed a Chevrolet dealership. All pickups on the lot except for one Corvette. I stopped to look at it and a salesman quickly showed up. We talked for a while and he said that the deal was good because everyone in Dallas wanted a Silverado and no one wanted a Corvette.
EDIT: I posted in Facebook for 800 and I got 22 people in a few hours wanting it and 3 want to meet tomorrow
This doesn’t say it sold and least of which for the asking price. This looks typical to me- a lot of initial interest from people that either didn’t understand the true condition or were looking to low ball the asking price. That is evident by the number actually asking to come look at it after the initial discussion. Likely some of them didn’t show or drove by, saw it and kept going
