I think weight only affected tire pressure significantly if it is able to deform the tires.
One normal size person wouldn’t matter.

FWIW, if a tire is aired up to 35 psi while off the vehicle and then installed on the vehicle the pressure will remain at 35psi. The boyfriend seems to have some OCD issues.
