moved car the night before it was fine ,tried to go to work next morning it would not start. I bought a new battery still wont start gas tank was less than a quarter. it turns over but its not catching the temperature has been less than the teens
If the engine was cold when you moved the car, the engine may now be flooded. Try holding the gas pedal down to the floor and then try starting it.

Could be lots of things. My '98 Volvo V70XC ran great one day. Would not start the next. It was a bad fuel pump. Had to have it towed out of my driveway to the repair shop. Absolutely ran great one day, next day - nothing.
