I have a '99 Saturn SL-1. The steering wheel vibrates at speed of 50-65mph, not below 50 or above 65. It feels worse when I am accelerating. The tires are balanced, the Driver side CV axle, wheel bearing, tie rod end, and ball joint is brand new. I do not feel anything loose in the passenger side. Any Ideas?
I had a problem like this and it was the new tire running out(side to side). They found it on the balancer when they lifted the guard, you could see the tread moving side to side.
