Vibration after timing belt replacement

I had mechanic replaced timing belt, water pump and belts in 2003 Honda Pilot and now have a low vibration noise at idle - noise goes away when driving. It’s a low rumbling sound, almost like an exhaust problem, but not loud. Mechanic says to wait a week and if still a problem he will check it. Is this common - any prognosis?

There should be no difference in the way the car sounds, runs, or drives after the replacement of a timing belt.

Is it an engine vibration or just a noise?

Many of those engines also have a balance shaft, which is driven by the timing belt or a second smaller timing belt. If that balance shaft is off a tooth, you’ll feel an engine vibration.
