Didn’t bring car in yet to mechanic because I was told by dealership I also need new front brakes too only 2mms pads

A 2007 Corolla has a timing chain. Toyotas with V6 engines still have timing belts, except the trucks…

New brakes should take precedence over having a tidy engine, most people don’t care how clean the bottom of the engine is.
