Use higher Oil API Specification

Hello,

suppose, the oil API offered by the factory in SJ.

Is there a problem if we use higher levels? (for example SL)
Is it beneficial?

SJ in minimum requirements and can we use higher API?

It is fine, you can use “better” oil but not worse. So, going up in API is fine.

It is my understanding that all API oil ratings are backwards compatible.
