One car one driver, it doesn’t matter which one is driving except that when the car is driving, it tends to err on the side of safety which car cause more congestion because the trip takes longer.
Is the NY Times slogan, “Telling you stuff you already know?” Didn’t we have a recent post from them that had other information presented as new that was already widely known?
