I take it you actually didn’t read that URL you posted.
That URL shows the miles driven for each age group.
You’re original assessment was based on age of car.
Your original statement - "I’ve had “quick struts” on one car, they were perfectly adequate, especially since most people with older cars don’t hit the 12-15,000 miles/year that the “average” driver does."
Duh…lower right corner of chart shows the average for all groups.
Did you bother to read it, or just want to be dismissive?
Do you like to just continuously have arguments, or
…never mind, the best action is “Never feed the troll”
Goodbye, and have a nice life.
YOU’RE THE ONE WHO SAID “People with older cars don’t hit 12k-15k miles a year.” No where on that chart shows any differentiation between newer cars and older cars. You’re the one who made the claim that people who driver older cars don’t drive at much as the average driver does.
Reading comprehension problem. Want me to use smaller words.
I went to Dodge for a power window switch recall and left with a booklet (not really a booklet but about 7 pages of estimates) of recommended repairs/maintenance totaling around $7,000. It’s the good ol’ complimentary inspection they do.
