My 1995 Tercell will not turn over. All of the dash lights come on, but no go. It is not the started (as it has been checked) and it is not the battery (as we changed that). I think it is the alarm kill switch that we can not disable. Where is it located? Any other suggestions?
I would not be so fast to eliminate any possible cause yet, but frankly my money is on the alarm or it’s switch.
