Toyota loses tons of gas mileage please help!

If the car’s fuel mileage is really that bad it should be running like utter garbage, suffering a lousy idle, and belching black smoke.
So does it run fine, sort of fine, or like carp? (sic)

I have a question. You tested the O2 and it’s allegedly working fine. So if this engine is inhaling gasoline like no tomorrow then how does this overwhelmed O2 manage to function at all?

i have no idea and it runs near perfectly the number 1 cylinder misses cause of oil in distributor cap but thats about it

he says that he was starting to think that it does that. uses alot of gas when it warms up
