I have cracks running between the two innermost treads on all four tires.They are in the middle of the water channel. What caused this? The car is only one and a half year old but it sat at dealer for about a year. Is it safe or should I replace them?
You are good. You don’t want to have sidewall cracks however.
The process of tires aging involves a certain amount of cracking. It’s a matter of degree.
You should have someone look at them.
