My boy friend accuses me of making a bad smell, but I maintain it is the backdraft from the catalytic converter. Anyone else have this problem? The car is a Toyota Carolla 2006 stiick sedan. I often have the roof window partially opened.
Cars with catalytic converters can emit a sulphur smell under certain conditions, but it should not be drawn in through the car’s sunroof.
Perhaps what you smell is coming from someone else’s car.
A different brand of gasoline may eliminate the smell, if it is coming from your car.
