Sticking grivers side front brake

I have replaced the hose going to caliper. The caliper will release when you open the bleeder valve. I took the pins off that hold the calipers, removes rust from them, greased them and that did not work. could it be the master cylinder? i had this same problem 2 years ago and had the calipers and master cylider replaced
