I have a 1988 Jeep Cherokee which has been working fine. All of a sudden though it only starts up about every other day. It makes the initial chug (real techincal term, I know), but won’t “turn over.” Suggestions?
Buy another one just like it and get them working on opposite days.
I would start by removing cleaning and replacing the battery cables (both ends) and then do a complete tune-up including air and fuel filters, plugs and plug wires.
