Lately I have a hard time starting my 1.8L,1990 Plymouth Laser RS with 74,000. It takes 3-4 turns of the key to fire up the engine. When it finally starts, rpm is a low 500. By the time it warms up & on the road I’m at a high 1000 rpm@ Idle.
Also Check engine light appears 1 minute into warm-up.
Starting problem repeats every time after engine cools down.
Whats going on here?
