Slow to start

We have a 2012 Mazda 5 with 100k. It’s slow to start and turning over very slow. It cranks for 3-7 seconds and sometimes doesn’t successfully turn over. Fuel pressure is 380, which is within specs of 375-450 kpa. Battery and starter are both good. Electric to fuel pump appears to be fine.

Any ideas?

How did you determine these were good/fine?

Battery to starter cables may have corrosion causing high resistsnce and slow cranking. Same for the battery ground cables.
