While you could have bought a condo. Ill bet driving that S class put a bigger smile on your face than lounging in a condo ever could! And always remember what my Uncle Ben counseled me: “enjoy yourself, its later than you think”.

It is HOV ( High Occupancy Vehicle ) HOA ( Home Owners Association ) is an organization run by people with too much money and time on ther hands . Their soul purpose is to drive you crazy.

Their “purpose” is to be corrupt, incompetent, steer business to companies the board members control, etc.

Well, in their “defense”, many of these people are simply busybodies who want to pry into the lives of the residents, and to exert control over their lives. Admittedly, that’s not much of a defense.
