How do you repair the wiper on a 95 Saturn S? Thanks It’s not the fuse.
I would check to see if the motor is getting voltage when it supposed to be on. If there is voltage getting to it then the wiper motor may be open or the system may be jammed mechanically.
The motor seems to be getting electricity, it makes a faint hum when I turn it on. Do you access the motor thru the dash?
