Yes. Allow me to point out what you said in the Original Post":

Road Force would be most prominent in the 50 to 70 mph range and you are reporting it goes away - the exact opposite of what would happen if Road Force were the issue.
Besides, Road Force is a way of defining “Runout” as the car would see it. 24 pounds of road force isn’t enough to do anything detectable at slow speeds. You have to get into the hundred pound range for it to be detectable at slow speeds - and it would shake the fillings out of your teeth at 60 mph.
