Yes, absolutely; that’s quite a jolt which prior to head rests caused whiplash with many occupants.
Yep, 30 mph in the back can jolt lots of things loose. A window mechanism could be one of them.
Hopefully passenger’s fared well. I’d be worried about more problems as well in the future.

First time I opened the rear window on the driver’s side since the accident and body work, and it did not shut.
