How about providing us with a little more info. For instance, make, model, year, etc. What is jammed? Is the wheel unable to turn or are you unable to remove the wheel? For instance, I had a pickup with the left rear wheel was dragging, it turned out that slush had frozen the parking brake cable on that side, once the cable thawed out the brake released. Recently, I had the rear disc pads replaced on my 2000 Blazer. Both calipers seized up afterward and I ended up getting new rear calipers to take care of the problem. The point is, the more information provided, the more likely the board can help.
