Turn it on: It starts. Turn it up: Noise gets worse. The only thing that makes it stop is to turn fan completely off. Any ideas? Makes gas pedal vibrate when turned all the way up. Thanks!
You more than likely have debris in the fan housing, or some other thing going on that has the fan blades rattling against something. You’ll need to pull the blower fan, check and clean it out. It is more than likely down under the glove box - hopefully you’re good and flexible. Roll over on your back and stick your head under there.
