Question about filling coolant

I know this is a dumb question but do you have to bleed your cooling system after adding coolant to the overflow tank? (Not radiator)

Depends on how low the overflow tank is.

It’s not empty it’s below the full line but slightly above the minimum line

There is nothing to bleed. No air is trapped in the container unless it was empty and air drawn into the engine.
