i have a 85 gmc s15 jimmy 2.8 6cly.i replaced the valve cover gaskets.now the lights flicker.i replaced the rotor button.the rotor cap the sparkplugs and the wires.but, the thing still flickering whats left.
When this kind of stuff happens, you have to back and undo what you did. And since this started after replacing the valve cover gaskets, I would look for a pinched wire between the valve covers and the heads.
Tester
checked all wires no pinch.but when i took wire off choke it subsided alittle.
it must not be ground good its dark i`ll check 2morrow.
