ODB II monitors for a 2005 Chevy Malibu

So, after using scan tools in order to fix and repair a check engine light, it says the monitors for the heated catalyst, secondary air system, and ac refrigerant are not complete, even a week after repairs. The car needs to be smogged soon, is there any way to speed up the process of resetting the monitors so it can pass smog?
Thanks in advance for any help.

*Get the engine up to operating temperature and shut the engine off.

*Turn off all accessories.

*Start the engine and run it off idle for 6-8 minutes. (slightly step on the gas)

*Allow the engine to idle for 2 minutes. (this should also reset the secondary air monitor)

*Drive the vehicle at a steady speed of 55MPH for 10 minutes.

*Stop the vehicle and let the engine idle in drive with brakes applied for 2 minutes.

Google the emissions drive cycle for your car and try that. The catalytic converter monitor is one of the hardest to complete. Depending on which state you’re in, the A/C refrigerant monitor is typically ignored. Most juristictions allow for one or two monitors to be not ready.

i have done a complete drive cycle already, with no luck.

Then it’s recommended to repeat the drive cycle if it fails to reset the monitors.

Monitors can be a royal pain at times. There are multiple items such as fuel level, engine temp, and drive speed that have to be followed closely and even then a monitor may not run. It may take several attempts to get the monitors to run.
