I hit a dead dear and soon after started feeling and hearing loud banging or knocking sound from beneath the car specially in middle of car, mainly does it after like 10 minutes of driving or almost hitting 2,000 RPM, but not all the time. what could it be, took it to a shop but they didn’t find anything.
The exhaust may have been bent or is loose. Take it to a better shop.

You can upload it here. Click in the horizontal bar with an arrow above it on the tool bar at the top of the reply box. Then click on your video and upload it.

Videos of noises are virtually useless over the internet. Why? Because you can’t tell the direction of the sound.
The problem needs hands and ears-on the problem, a mechanic willing to spend some time to find the noise and your willingness to pay for the mechanic’s time.

I agree with Mustangman that the noise is likely from an exhaust component “drumming” on the chassis. But, only a diligent mechanic who can carefully examine it on a lift can diagnose the noise accurately.
