I attempted to wire a radio in the truck and grounded out power when prob. started. I have checked all fuses changed out the light switch on the column, have head lights but no dash, parking or tail lights.? I metered the fuses checked the relays and ohmed the dimmer switch. I was getting tail lights when i sent power to the lumination wire in the radio harness but havent tried that since i put in the new light switch, (i think thats what burnt the switch up). Any other ideas would be helpful. like I said all the problems started when I started wiring the radio in. Also I checked my bulbs and there good. PLEASE HELP!!!
Disconnect all wiring to the radio and test all the light circuits with a meter. Replace fuses and relays where necessary. Just my .02 cents tho.
