You are describing lock-up torque converter shudder. The next time you feel the problem keep a steady throttle and lightly touch the brake pedal, enough to activate the brake lights, this will disengage the lock-up torque converter. If you can cause the problem to stop and start with the brake pedal the problem is likely with the torque converter, not a dirty fuel injector or dirty air filter.
