Hi - go to this link: http://www.cartalk.com/ct/3500.jsp and scroll down under “Still want to drop us a line?” and choose “Suggest a Car Tune” from the drop-down menu. Enter your e-mail address and the song info, and that will direct your suggestion to the producers.
