Misfiring / Jerking 1994 Grand Cherokee

My 1994 Grand Cherokee misfires and jerks when the weather is hot especially when AC is on. This does not happen constantly only now and then roughly a few times a day sometimes more sometimes less. Usually for 5 to 10 minutes or so, sometimes if I pull over shut the car off for a while , restart it it be fine. The hard part of this problem is it never misfires or jerks all winter long, once the weather gets cool. The Plugs, cap etc etc has all been changed. Please any suggestions would be helpful

You could just throw an igniton coil at it. Will that fix it? Don’t know.
