My girlfriend drives a 2002 base model Mini with 47,000 miles, running on run flat tires. There is a lot of noise coming from the wheels. I say it is the wheel bearings. The dealership says it is the tires wearing out unevenly and a lot of noise is to be expected from run flat tires. Not quite sure how to get rid of the noise and enjoy a quieter ride.
