We have a 2004 Rx-8 and it is about 31000 miles. It is giving up problems lately. We also have some electrical and mis-firing problems in the past. We are just wondering whether anyone has similar problems with this kind of car. Should we get an extended warranty for this car? Thanks

No. If there is a problem with that model the people selling the insurance know it by now and any insurance (it is not really a warranty) for it will be increased in cost to make sure they still make the outrageous profits they make on those things.
