I know this posting is old and no one will read it but–I have no interest in a car without an automatic, and I believe I have as much awareness of the road and of my car than anyone with a muanual.
“An added bonus is that my cars are less likely to be stolen, because most people don’t even know how to drive a manual anymore!” Most people wouldn’t want one!
