may navigator is a 2003 awd and the suspention is literaly gone the dealer i took it to sad it was the compressor 700 dollars later then picked it up it was fine then the next 3 days is was back down scare o go back t get ripped off for a second time trying to do some homework
First, take it back while the repair is under warranty and have them re-diagnose the issue. Point out the first repair did not solve the problem and put the ball into their court. Post back here if there are any questions about the diagnosis or recommended solution.
