Largest possible tire

But, they can be a bit… impractical… when it comes time to get into or out of that lifted truck.

This would be fine in one’s own driveway, but not when you get to your destination:

No thanks!

Call me “boring” “stuck in the mud”, but I’ll stay OE.

You are boring and stuck in the mud.

I think the same about the low riders with the highly modified suspensions. I like low riders that are just on bags.

And you’re strictly a looks person.

Where the rubber meets the road is somewhere I don’t mingle.

I did as you asked and you’re complaining?

??? Someone who appreciates something other than box stock is ‘strictly a looks person’??? Hardly.

Sometimes, I have done a ton of things that mainly deal with the looks of my truck, a lot of them are the interior and just for my likes, just cause I can afford it and like the looks better, it is the way Toyota should have sold it, and some things where but was not an option for mine…

Notice the tailgate lettering, plain, and then the chrome V6 badge…

Added black inserts and blacked out all the chrome badging (5 Pieces total), the inserts makes the Tacoma pop, and with the blackish wheels and black trim and tinted glass, the blackout badging looks better…

And for under $15.00 I got body color matched inserts for the glove box… Maybe 6 people in the world will ever see it in person, but who cares, I LIKE IT!!!.. and it is for me me me…

I am also planning on installing a VTAIL’s brake light kit that changes the turn signals and brake lights to be more visible, it will use the reverse lights as the turn signal by changing the color to amber and back to white when in reverse, but uses both the top and bottom tail light bulbs instead of just the bottoms or tops… :grinning:

In one person’s opinion.

Way more than one sir, you have again not done your research, and speak of something you know nothing about or even understand, there are many aftermarket company’s and even Toyota Dealers sell them as up grades…

So try again sir… lol

Once again a new member comes on here with an already modified vehicle and ask a basic question of X, and we have the haters that are not into this stuff and not in the know, start bashing the newbe as well as the one(s) saying stay stock when the vehicle has already been lifted etc and then we get into a pissing contest, yes I was a main one this time being provoked again by someone that should just say his piece and shut up and stop provoking members, I am sure that the OP is either laughing his but off thinking what a bunch of idiots (I would be) or turned off by the stupid stuff that does NOT pertain to his question, again partly my bad and I am trying to do better… So my apology’s to the OP and others that are actually trying to help members out and not just throw negative comments all the damn time…

I just wish some of you had daughters, mothers in trouble that you can not help and she has to go to a forum like this one and ask for help, y’all would be wanting to kick some members butts pretty bad for talking to and disrespecting her like that…

OP, hope you get it figured out and get that hot rod truck looking good and on the trails… Sorry about the stupidity shown on here and other threads…

National Tire & Wheel’s site does allow you to shop for tires and wheels with either a 3 or 6 inch lift. Looks like with a 3in lift a 16x8 wheel and a 315x75r16E (35x12.50r16) would fit on this application. No affiliation but it’s similar to tire rack’s site but more orientated for trucks and suv’s

If it’s from the original vehicle mfg, then I would consider them options, just as a sunroof or packaged items would be options.

Accessories such as those will work best with the vehicle because they were made, as in that case, by Toyota.
